Inner Strength Journal sewing pattern

I once read that journaling helps to build inner strength. I’ve never been great at doing it so I created this pretty thing to invite me to pick it up and look inside where I will find a pen, a cute little notepad and safe space for essential oils, chakra stones, colored pencils or some other sweet treasures that will make journaling more delicious😊

This is a sewing pattern designed for those who want to try something new! The outside piece is made from cork fabric, generally available at your local quilt shop. The Inner Strength Journal has a slip pocket to hold an A5 or ‘field notebook’. There is also a zipper pocjet to hold your pens, pencils or treats. Have fun and enjoy the process!
