Relief from Headaches

I get quite a few headaches mostly hormonal sometimes stress or lack of sleep. I brought the headache relief pillow spray and it's brilliant. It smells beautiful I would wear it as a perfume maybe that's partly because it makes me feel better quite quickly. I use it on my pillow obviously but sometimes if I start with a headache in the evening or afternoon I spray it on a cushion on the sofa. Thank you Sarah I can't say enough good things about this product.
