No refunds for templates, digital products, or memberships. Refunds for one on one sessions may be available under certain conditions. Please note each custom order includes only one free edit revision.

For website projects we only offer 50% deposit. All other projects payment is due in full before starting.

Our typical turnaround time for custom orders is 48 to 72 hours please keep in mind the turnaround time can change at anytime.
