✨ Lately I've been realising that my creative world is shifting more and more.
I still make digital art when something arrives asking to be given form, but it's no longer the centre of what I do. My hands seem to want to make physical things — charms, wands, potions jewellery — pieces that exist in the real world, with texture and weight and little imperfections that make them feel alive.
✨ It's funny trying to build a magical, handcrafted brand in a very digital space because I don't create for algorithms or trends (I barely understand them half the time) I create to fill a need in me, something deep and primal.
The online world moves fast, loud and at a frenetic pace...while what I make is slow intuitive and (hopefully) something you'd want to hold, not just double-tap.
✨ My physical pieces still carry the same colours I'm drawn to — those soft blues and greens, purples and the little gold and silver accents, and charms, lots of charms that feel like whispers from some ancient past.
✨ And yes, I am quietly building an oracle deck in the background. That's not something rushed or too planned out at the moment, it will grow the way all my ideas do: slowly, organically.
✨ Being a small creator online can sometimes feel like you're scattering your seeds to the four winds, you never know what will take root and where. But I've learned magic doesn't need to shout, it just needs to be true to the hands that made it.
