YOU MAY:
- Edit the avatar as you wish.
- Create and/or sell external assets for the avatar as long as none of the original mesh is included. (Clothing, retexture, etc.)
- Use the avatar for commissions if both parties (you and the commissioner) own it.
YOU MAY NOT:
- Upload the avatar as public even if it is in a heavily edited state.
- Use the avatar for hatespeech or slander.
- Claim the avatar or its accessories as your own.
- Resell original source files from the avatar.
- Use the avatar for any likes of NFT, Generative AI, or Cryptocurrency.
- Distribute, price-split, leak, or share the avatar.
- Use my designs for digital or physical commercial usage without my explicit permission. (i.e. merchandise, fursuits, branding)
- Port this avatar to a platform that has the files publicly available. (i.e. Steam Workshop)
- Fill out your information incorrectly at checkout.
If you are found to be violating these terms in any way your license can and will be revoked permanently and you will be blacklisted without refund or warning.
