Andreea Nicolaescu

Andreea Nicolaescu has taught English as a foreign language for many years at the university level in San Diego, California, USA. She also has experience teaching abroad in Italy, Mexico and Turkey where she served as an English Language Fellow for the United States of America’s Department of State. Andreea was born in Constanta, Romania and lived there until immigrating to the U.S. at the age of 10. After completing her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from James Madison University in Virginia, she obtained her Master’s of Education degree in TESOL from top ranking University of San Diego in California. In addition to having taught many years of ESL, she has also conducted teacher training for the University of San Diego both in the U.S.A. and in Mexico City. She is fluent in English, Romanian, Italian and has working knowledge in Spanish and French.
