The Bible has some strong statements to make on the subject of faith. Possibly the most emphatic one is “without faith, it is impossible to please him(God) Hebrews 11:6 So what does it mean to please God? What does it mean for us today? The proposition is that the entire Bible is at its core constructed in such a way as to develop faith in the life of the hearer/reader.
As we go on this journey we will discover how the Bible testifies of Jesus and in so doing elicits complete trust and confidence in the One who is the subject of the scriptures.
