When I was a little girl, I wished to learn to play the guitar. My mother took me to a music school and they ask me to sing a song. After I sang, they recommended that I play the flute. In my young mind, I heard that it is better to shut my mouth and my voice. So I did. It created in me a huge trauma and only then when I was in my late 20's did I slowly start to let this go. And now, here I am, in my 30's and I am singing and playing the guitar! I am creating my own songs, and also I am healing myself; through playing in the Schumann Resonance....the guitar tuned to 432 Hz. If I can do it, anybody can. And I have created this simple book, that makes it easy.
