Project Requirements
• A completed intake questionnaire is required before any work begins
• No questionnaire = no work
• Drafts will not begin without confirmed logo files and approved project scope
Turnaround & Revisions
• Standard turnaround: 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri)
• 2 revisions included unless stated otherwise on your invoice
• Delays in client responses may extend timelines
• Rush/expedited work requires an additional fee
Payments & Refunds
• All custom digital services are final sale
• No refunds once work has started
• Deposits for coaching/consulting are non-refundable
Revisions Defined
• Revisions are edits to the same design (text, layout, colors, placement)
• New concepts or additional designs require an added fee
Communication & Conduct
• One communication channel per project
• Professional, respectful communication is required
• Femi Brand Digital reserves the right to discontinue projects that become disrespectful or unproductive
