About the developer
Lukas Ruschitzka is a composer, keyboard player, software developer and product specialist for PreSonus Studio One.
Lukas Ruschitzka studied jazz piano, keyboards and composition in Mainz, Germany.
As a musician, he worked with artists such as Janusz Maria Stefanski, Andrzej Olejniczak, Denis Gäbel, Thomas Bachmann, Leona Berlin, Ralf Cetto, Branford Marsalis, Mike Stern, Hendrik Smock, Julian Camargo, Caro Trischler, Ali Neander and Jiggs Whigham.
Besides his work as a touring and studio musician, he has been involved in music software development for over 10 years. He created the MIDI editing functions in Studio One 4.5, the feature design for Studio One's overhauled Macro Toolbar and he has been involved in the composing and live performance features in PreSonus Studio One 5. With Navigation Essentials, he created the first official 3rd-party scripting add-on for Studio One.
Lukas Ruschitzka has composed the musicloop construction kits for PreSonus Symphonic Orchestra and made over 100 factory presets for PreSonus Studio One. On his YouTube channel, he shares monthly master classes about workflow techniques and everything composing and arranging in Studio One.
Some of his recent web projects are Studio One Toolbox, a free online service with additional features for Studio One users, and Epic Online Orchestra, an educational chord sequencer and sample player.
