25 years ago, when I was 7 I entered the world of sports. My biggest and everlasting love were and still are martial arts. After doing many sports like karate, basketball, athletics, swimming, dance, kick boxing, ninjutsu, pilates and yoga, I finally came back to myself and continued with martial arts; chi-kung in particular. I spent many years in yoga; studying and teaching different disciplines from different branches of yoga like breathing techniques, the Body Wake Up (known also as “Yoga Nidra” which means “Awaken sleeping”) Hatha Yoga, female health, energy healing…Sport and physical wellbeing were and always will be inseparable part of my life.I felt a strong calling to make a version of the Body Wake Up technique for athletes and help all of you who need this kind of support.
