This book has been designed, compiled and illustrated by Hannah Pixie Snowdon. To be enjoyed simply as a collection of her latest works or as a meditative tool, in this small book you will learn the origin and purpose of mandalas. The book focuses on the seven primary chakras in the body. Alongside a brief description of the purpose of each chakra, a mandala has been illustrated by Hannah in order to serve as a focal point for meditation. By meditating on the corresponding mandala for each chakra, negative blocks can be removed and in turn energy can flow freely once more promoting health and well being.
