First of all I’d like to say thank you so much for purchasing this book. I put my heart and soul into creating these recipes for you and I really hope you can enjoy them as much as I do. My name is Meg Phillips and I am 19 years old, based in northern NSW. I have always had a passion for health and fitness and when I decided to go vegan I wanted to share this passion with others. I created an Instagram account and began sharing my own recipes and connecting with other people like myself. I base my diet around whole plant foods, but will never sacrifice a sweet treat- that is how this book came about. I created these recipes because I wanted to be able to enjoy all my favourite sweets, whilst still maintaining a healthy diet. I hope that you too, can enjoy the benefits of plant foods whilst having a treat or two through these recipes.
