There are 5 types of ukulele:
- Soprano: Smallest, bright and classic sound, great for beginners.
- Concert: Slightly bigger, fuller tone, comfortable to play.
- Tenor: Rich, warm, louder; ideal for solo or fingerpicking.
- Baritone: Largest, deep and mellow, tuned like guitar’s top 4 strings.
- Pineapple: Fun rounded shape, slightly fuller sound, can be soprano, concert, or tenor size.

Ukulele chords are groups of notes played together to create harmony. Each chord has a name (like C, G, or Am) and tells you which strings and frets to press.
Few playing tips:
- Use the fingertips to press strings cleanly
- Strum with a steady rhythm
- Start with common chords and practice switching smoothly
