Pravn does not validate or verify recipient details.
2. No Refund Policy
All gifting purchases are final. Once the gift has been successfully sent no refunds, no cancellations and no modifications. This applies regardless of whether the recipient accesses the product.
3. Incorrect Email Entry
Pravn is not responsible for incorrect or invalid email addresses entered, gifts sent to unintended recipients and delivery failures due to user input errors.
4. Delivery of Gift
The product will be delivered instantly via email after successful payment. Delivery is considered complete once the email is sent to the recipient.
5. Email Delivery Issues
Pravn is not responsible for emails going to spam/junk folders, email provider restrictions or delays and recipient-side technical issues. Recipients should check spam/junk folders if needed.
