You will receive your downloads right after purchase. They will be emailed to you as well.
This includes an untagged WAV file, a pdf with a license agreement and a zip file including trackouts if you bought a Trackout or Unlimited license.

Apparently we are unable to refund digital purchases. If you are experiencing troubles with your order, didn't receive all files you paid for or need any further assistance, please contact customer support.
