What I need from you

Your visual ideas, data and requests for what you want the front cover to look like.
An image (300 dpi or vector) of your own or a licensed photograph or art for the cover. This is optional in case you don’t want your book cover to have only text.
If you require book covers for print, then I would also need the information you want on the back cover. I would also need the trim/book size and total number of pages of your book to create the book’s dimensions and spine width.

How it works

Email me with your work request.
I will reply with a confirmation of acceptance, deadline and payment link (depending on where you are located - GooglePay, Payoneer or PayPal) within three working days.
Email your files—jpgs and pngs for images (.jpg & .png) via email or if it is too heavy/bulky, send them to me via WeTransfer.
Please make sure images are vector based or 300 dpi or higher.
Please respond to any email/DM queries I may have during the process so I can get your file/s back to you as soon as possible.
File/s Delivery are made anywhere between 3 to 7 working days via WeTransfer.
A 7 day grace period for two corrections is allowed after the file/s are delivered.

Terms & Conditions

If you require a licensed image or AI art for the cover of your book, an additional fee is charged: GBP 25 | USD 30 | INR 2500
If you require unique covers—whether you require only a digital ebook cover or a specialized print cover like what is available on Ingramspark or other distribution channels—please email me for a customized quote.
If needed, I can also send you a lovely 3D book model image (PNG with transparent background) of your book (on whatever service you chose). This can be used on any post or wherever you wish to promote your book.
If you require an ISBN barcode for the print book cover, I will be happy to create this for you. It is not required for ebooks.
If you require ISBNs, I highly recommend getting your own from the country of your residence in order to use the wider distribution of Ingramspark and to maintain maximum control of distributing your book everywhere without restrictions.
These services do not include providing cover art or images. They are mostly tailored towards getting your book covers aligned in perfect measurement with your interior digital or print files.
My services have a no refund policy due to the nature of the work—the amount of time I put in plus the labor itself.

Note

The genres I love working with are Poetry, Epigrams, Art, Photography, YA Literature, Kid Literature & Essays.
If my work schedule is full, I will always give you a workaround date.
If you require editing or want the interior of your book to be more artistically and aesthetically designed, please refer to Ink Gladiators Press website of recommended freelancers to contact some amazing interior book designers, depending on your book genre.
