Michelle McDonald is a dynamic, speaker, writer, and trainer with a passion for engaging, educating,, engaging, and empowering her clients with information that will take their business or nonprofit to the next level!  Michelle has over 15 years of experience in cause marketing, video production, sales and consulting.  Her company, SAERICA Enterprises provides, training, consulting and videography services. 

Michelle was the Marketing Director for the American Heart Association for Metro Detroit, where she created sponsorship proposals and executed events for Fortune 500 companies.  She was also the Community Engagement Manager for Molina Health Care, where she granted funding to nonprofits and community events.  Michelle understands the position of both event host and nonprofit/company.  She offers both individual and group training on how to obtain sponsors and develop unique experiences for event partners.

Michelle’s penchant for speaking has given her the skill set to help others work through their fear of public speaking and leverage it to promote their business and position their brand.

Additionally, she is also a Presenter for the Attorney General Office for the State of Michigan for the Consumer Education Program and the Cyber Safety Initiative and the OK2SAY Program for youth. Michelle has extensive public speaking and presenting experience which spans over 10 years. Other topics include: Surviving Divorce, Faith-Walking, Self-Esteem and Health Awareness. Michelle specializes in promotional videos and providing marketing consulting for small business owners. 

Michelle is a Metro Detroiter who holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Relations from Wayne State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Film from Ohio University, Athens, OH.
