Shonda Smith has spent years educating, inspiring, and motivating our youth to reach their best potential After starting her career more than eighteen years ago in the public school systems of the Carolinas and as a licensed hair stylist, she became an ICI certified girls empowerment coach. She enjoys teaching girls self-love, self-empowerment, and enhancing their true beauty inside and out! With a background as a fourth grade teacher, she honed her skills to motivate girls who are struggling with low self-esteem, strained relationships, and even those that are coping with the effects of abuse. She has the gift of transparency that allows her to share her personal survivor’s story with others in a waythat provides encouragement and sets the stage for transformation.
Shonda Smith is the founder and CEO of The Queen In Me, LLC, Transforming Tweens & Teens To Queens. She has been crowned Ms. Mompreneur 2018 with the Ms. Corporate America Organization Competition. Her platform is advocating for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse.
