We accept cancellations only if your order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Because each item is handmade and custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.

Packaging

We use eco-friendly, minimalist packaging to protect your order while reducing waste. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully.

Tracking

All U.S. orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delays

Please note that shipping times may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, or severe weather. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are out of our control.

Do you take custom orders?

We’re not accepting custom or personalized orders at this time. All items in the shop feature ready-made designs created with care and attention to detail.
