Scott Wallace

I tried my first cigarette back in Grade 6 and started to smoke in Grade 8. I smoked for 18 years and I hated the fact that I was still a smoker. I would quit every Monday morning and tear up all my cigarettes, only to find myself pulling into the Corner Store to pick up more. I developed a method of quitting that I know will work for you. You have to understand why you smoke. Identify your triggers and control your environment. Learn from my mistakes and get on the fast track to quitting. If I can do it...YOU CAN DO IT! The Guide is less than the cost of one pack of smokes. What do you have to lose? You have everything to gain.
