HI I’M SARAH! I was obese, pre-diabetic and looking to change something. After trying and trying and trying, I finally found success when I found a workout program that I loved and changing my eating habits (which was by far the hardest part for me). I was able to change my body, my health and my life! I have more energy, more confidence, and I am able to exercise and be active. I have learned the journey is never over because I will always be working towards living a healthier life, so I no longer focus on the quick fix, I focus creating habits that will last. I now help other people learn to love exercise & un-process what they eat.
