I'm not responsible for issues with your printer such as printing quality, color problems or any other image editing software. You can adjust your printer settings or print at a professional shop.

*To avoid images being cut-off you must check that the file size ratio is the same as the printer settings. If the ratio is different you must activate the "Border" option in your printer settings.

Returns are only accepted if you have received a damaged/faulty product. In this case, you must send clear pictures of the damaged item with 48 hours. After validation we will send a replacement.
