Hi. I’m Nick Chapman. I advocate a logical, honest approach to health and fitness that can be applied to all things life. I aim to provide you with rational, proven methods that cut through the nonsense in the fitness industry. I focus on helping others find a love for exercise that can be sustained throughout their life. I believe exercise should be enjoyable and fun; helping you to stay healthy everyday. I’m an exercise professional, with a graduate degree in Exercise & Sports Science. Coming from a background of working with elite youth athletes, I am a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association and a registered Exercise Professional with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness.
