Ever look at someone else’s offer and think, “Why is that selling like hotcakes while mine is getting crickets?”
Yeah, I’ve been there.
And 9 times out of 10, it’s not because their offer is “better” than yours.
It’s because it feels like a no-brainer.
Here’s the truth no one tells you: you don’t need to slash your prices or add a bunch of bonuses to make your offer irresistible. You just need to position it in a way that makes people instantly get the value.
Let’s break down how to do that—without diluting your brilliance or undercharging for your magic.
1. Sell the relief, not the resource
People don’t want another Zoom call or PDF download.
They want to feel different. Lighter. More in control. Like they’re finally moving forward.
So instead of listing what they’ll get, focus on what they’ll gain.
Let’s say you offer 1:1 coaching for creatives who feel stuck with their marketing. You could say:
“We’ll have weekly calls and you’ll get a Notion board full of resources.”
Or you could say:
“By the end of our time together, you’ll feel clear, confident, and equipped with a marketing plan that actually works for you—without spending 24/7 on Instagram.”
See the difference?
The first one is deliverables. The second one is desire.
2. Name it like a product, not a project
Let’s be real: “90-Minute Coaching Session” doesn’t exactly spark urgency.
But “Instagram Fix: 60-Minute Strategy Session”? That makes people feel like they’re buying a solution, not just your time.
Here’s why naming matters:
It creates curiosity.
It helps people remember (and talk about) it.
It separates you from every other person offering something similar.
Naming your offer well is like gift wrapping. Same contents, but it feels way more exciting to open.
3. Give your audience language for their problem
Sometimes people aren’t buying because they don’t know how to talk about what they need.
That’s your job.
Help them name the problem they’ve been carrying around. Like:
“You’ve got great offers—but your content doesn’t reflect your authority.”
Or…
“You’re showing up consistently, but nothing seems to be converting.”
When you describe their experience better than they can, they instantly trust that you can help.
4. Make it specific. (Generic = forgettable)
The more specific you are, the more your dream clients will self-identify and say, “This is exactly what I need.”
Instead of saying:
“I help business owners grow on Instagram.”
Say:
“I help female creatives and coaches get visible, attract better-fit clients, and simplify their Instagram strategy—without the burnout.”
Specificity builds trust. Generalities create confusion.
5. Use urgency without being sleazy
Here’s the deal: urgency works. But it doesn’t have to feel gross.
Instead of “Buy now or you’ll regret it forever!!” you could say:
“Spots are limited this month—I only take on 3 1:1 strategy sessions at a time so each client gets my full attention.”
Or:
“The Instagram Growth Bundle is available anytime—but the sooner you start using it, the sooner your content starts converting.”
You’re not manipulating. You’re helping them decide.
