SHIPPING: We ship via USPS Package Service & UPS. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.

EMAILING ORDER DETAILS: Please make sure you send your custom order details to uniquelytouchd.kreations@gmail.com. We cannot start on your custom order without the custom details. If we do not receive your custom details via email within 72 hrs of placing your custom order, the order will be cancelled.

REFUNDS: Due to the custom nature of your product, all custom sales are final. If the order arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact us immediately on how to resolve this issue.
