These recipes are 100% vegan and free from gluten, soy, processed sugars and oil. These are the very simple, healthy and delicious recipes I ate to take back control of my health, weight and mind. I struggled with my weight in the past but after many trials and errors was able to lose 40+ lbs by eating primarily whole plant based foods.
