About Blayre

Blayre is a cake designer and pastry chef based out of Nashua, NH. She is the owner of Flouretta Sweet, a luxury wedding cake studio specializing in whimsically modern designs. Blayre is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality and wedding industries, including six years as a full-time business owner. She is the host of the Whisk Management Podcast, which helps baking professionals manage their businesses and careers!
