1. Introduction

2. Affiliate Conduct and Responsibilities

• Affiliates may not artificially inflate traffic or sales, generate fake referrals, or exploit the system. Violations result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotional activities.
• Brand Representation: Affiliates are expected to represent our brand professionally and accurately in all communications.

3. How the Affiliate Program Works

1. Sign-Up: Register through our Affiliate Program portal to receive a unique referral link and access your dashboard.
2. Promote: Use your unique link to promote products or the store via approved channels.
3. Track Sales: Your dashboard provides real-time data on clicks, conversions, and earnings.
4. Earn Commissions: You earn a percentage of each sale referred through your link (see "Payment Structure").
5. Payment: Commissions are processed according to the payment schedule (see "Payment Terms").

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Frequency

Monthly Payments

• Payments are issued monthly, covering commissions earned in the prior period.

Threshold-Based Payments:

• A minimum payout threshold of $100 applies. Balances below this will roll over to the next cycle.

4.2 Verification Period

• A 60-day holding period ensures no refunds, chargebacks, or disputes occur before commissions are paid.

4.3 Payment Methods

• Payments are processed through PayPal. Other methods may be considered upon request.

5. Performance-Based Incentives

Tiered Commissions:

• Base Commission: 10% for all sales.
• High Performers: Affiliates earning $500/month qualify for 15%.
• Top Performers: Affiliates earning $1,000/month qualify for 20%.

Quarterly Bonus: Affiliates generating over $5,000 in quarterly commissions receive an additional 5% of total earnings.

6. Affiliate Cookie Duration

• Cookies track affiliate sales for 30 days, attributing the sale to the last touchpoint.

7. Refund and Chargeback Handling

• Policy: Commissions on refunded or disputed sales will be deducted from future payouts or reclaimed if necessary.
• Fraud Prevention: Any activity deemed fraudulent will result in termination and forfeiture of earnings.

8. Reporting and Analytics

Affiliates have access to a dashboard showing:

• Clicks, conversions, and revenue generated.
• Payout history and upcoming payments.
• Metrics are updated daily for transparency.

9. Anti-Fraud Measures

• Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or deceptive tactics, leads to immediate termination.

10. Termination of Agreement

• By Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
• Post-Termination: Commissions earned before termination are paid as per the regular schedule, provided thresholds are met.

11. Amendments to the Program

• Notice Period: We reserve the right to modify terms with prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

14. Legal Jurisdiction
