Norbert W. Knoll von Dornhoff

Born on 27th March 1941 in Vienna, Austria. Originating from the South Tyrolian Family Barons Knoll von Dornhoff since 1587. Married to Agnes T. Knoll-Dornhoff, three children. Studied jurisprudence, philosophy and economics in Vienna, Austria, St. Gallen, Switzerland and Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Graduated Dr.jur et Dr.phil.(entrepreneurship science). Lives in Budapest and Vienna. From 1970 up to date he contributed on national and international level in the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce and as General Secretary of the Austrian Federal Chamber of Architects and Engineers and as General Secretary of WUSME World Union of SMEs to the safeguarding of the interests, rights and competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises and Crafts and as Permanent Observer of SACEP South Asian Cooperative Environment Program (Intergovernmental Organization) at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization -UNIDO to various actions to protect the environment in South Asia. He also served on behalf of the Austrian Government as Member of Delegations to UN Conferences, e.g. at the historic UN Conference on the Human Environment, 1972 in Stockholm.
