Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months exp in a international BPO experience
Preferred 1 year in an Inbound/Outbound Voice Process (preferably with Sales/Unsell/Retention/CX) experience).
Customer Service background.
Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
Must have good communication skills - Preferred Berlitz score of C1, min accepted a B2.
Job overview:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls for customers to handle service issues regarding their mobility device and or account.
