Before placing your order, check that you’ve selected the scents you desire and your delivery address is accurate. 

We will not as policy issue a refund or accept returns once shipped.

All orders are charged separately for shipping. 

Shipping is via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We do not permit drop-offs or pick-ups.

Your order is shipped within 7-14 business days after it is placed online. Shipping depends on availability and the mail couriers. Please be mindful when ordering that we do not control the mail delivery times or speed.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to the email used for ordering.

We are only responsible for your order until it is mailed. For delivery issues, check your tracking number and your receipt for correct mailing and delivery address. Contact the mail courier first. After you have followed the above steps and there is no success, contact our customer service.

All orders must be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, email us through our website or at the email on your invoice with your invoice number and state clearly your request to cancel your order.

A refund minus any transaction fees will be processed with 3-5 business days. 

A partial cancellation is not available at this time. You will need to cancel the entire order and reorder again.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns as our standard policy.

Refunds will only be granted in unusual circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are not available at this time. Each order is custom printed and due to world events, we do not resell shirts for your safety and ours.

No refund will be issued due to an incorrect delivery address entered by you. We will refund you or reship your order at no cost to you for errors made by us.

Shipping and sales tax is charged on each order. Both depend on your location to calculate the rate.

Sales tax is required to be collected by law and the tax vary depending on your location due to the different sales tax laws in every state.

Allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. We will communicate by email if there are any delays on our end prior to being shipped.

If you have a question, you may contact customer service through our website. Please include your order number and the email address you used when placing your order when you contact us. You can expect a response within 48-72 hours, depending on capacity.
