About Dr. Cris

I'm Cris Bjornson - a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and someone who has been on the other side of an injury wondering if I'd ever get back to training the way I wanted to.

That experience changed how I think about rehab. Not as something that happens instead of training, but as something that makes training sustainable. It's why I stopped writing generic programs and started building ones that actually reflect how athletes move, load, and push their bodies.


My background is in occupational therapy, which means I'm trained to look at the whole picture, not just the injury, but the person, the sport, the movement patterns that got them there. I apply that clinical lens to every program I create, whether it's shoulder capacity work, overhead stability, or building the kind of resilience that keeps you competing long-term.


I work with weightlifters, CrossFit athletes, and Hyrox competitors and everyay people who don't want to be told to just rest. People who want a real plan.

Everything I put out is evidence-based, progressively structured, and built to meet you where you are, not where some generic template assumes you should be.
