I am a screenwriter, a poet, a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a caretaker for several haughty felines. I’m also a movie fanatic; my preferences leaning toward the classics, especially Film Noir, 50s Science Fiction and anything with Bette Davis in it.

It’s been my dream for the longest time to see at least one of my scripts produced as a good film before my spirit leaves this world. No matter what else I do, that dream will not die. It has survived illness, exhaustion, mental and emotional starvation and utter neglect.

I write fantasies, Noir, mysteries, science fiction, horror, westerns and romances. The same kinds of stories I watch and enjoy. They aren’t Shakespeare; I’ve never pretended they were. Maybe they’re too simple for today’s audiences but I don’t think so.

I'm not interested in awards or contests. I just want to create interesting stories that can be produced and enjoyed. My biggest kick would be to see one of my scripts animated!

I am offering PDFs of my screenplays here. Screenplays are fun, quick ways to read a story, once you get used to the format!

I also write poetry and song lyrics, and will offer PDFs of my poems and lyrics here. Poetry can be a great soul soother when you need one, believe me, I know. And it can reveal the truths of life in a more palatable way than other forms of writing.
