The Product is licensed, not sold, to you.

2. Grant of Limited License

Upon your lawful purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Restrictions on Use

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, redistributing, republishing, copying, duplicating, or transmitting any part of the Product in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise).
• Sharing your access to the Product with any third party.
• Reselling, relicensing, or otherwise commercializing the Product or any of its content.
• Creating derivative works based on the Product.
• Uploading the Product to any shared servers, websites, file-sharing platforms, or social media groups.

4. No Refunds Policy

Due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the Product has been accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.
