My Story

About Wyllow

I’ve lived with depression and CPTSD for many years, and over time I developed a personal Wellness Toolkit filled with journaling prompts, affirmations, and practical self-care tools.

Now, I share these resources as digital downloads under Wyllow’s Wild Woods, so you can create your own toolkit — one that supports reflection, self-compassion, and emotional well-being. Every product is designed to be adaptable, intentional, and aligned with seasonal cycles, helping you nurture yourself in a way that feels right for you.

“Add bits and pieces, comfort items, or words that speak to you — make your toolkit truly yours.”

Motto...

A World Without Closets

 — encouraging authenticity, self-acceptance, and the freedom to embrace your true self.

Note: Some resources were originally shared under my previous brand, Deeply Seen. Many have been updated and reimagined for Wyllow’s Wild Woods, and new resources will continue to be added over time.

You Matter

Dear Friend,

Thank you for simply being. In this vast universe, your presence is profound beyond measure. Your light, your essence, is a precious gift to the world.

Amid the noise of everyday life, it’s easy to forget that your uniqueness is what makes you irreplaceable. You matter, deeply and undeniably. The world needs all of you—every facet, every imperfection, every ounce of your authenticity.

Yet I know how often we hear voices that try to convince us otherwise. They tell us we’re not enough, not worthy, not deserving of love and acceptance. But these are just echoes of insecurity, projections from others who are lost in their own struggles.

I ask you, dear one, to quiet these falsehoods. Instead, treat yourself with the kindness and compassion you deserve. Embrace radical self-love and acceptance. Choose to see yourself through a lens of empathy, letting your true brilliance shine brightly in the world.

My deepest wish is for you to recognize your inherent worth—to know that you are more than enough and to rest in the love that surrounds you.

Because, my friend, you truly matter.
