Trump, Prophecy, and the Hand of God

A short Bible study you can read in one sitting (about 12 pages).

Kings have risen. Empires have fallen. Presidents have entered the halls of power while others departed in defeat. But through it all, one question remains: who is really in control?

In Trump, Prophecy, and the Hand of God, Nathaniel Valehurst turns to eight passages from the King James Bible to examine what Scripture says about power, leadership, and the purposes of God, and why millions of Christians see the hand of Providence in Donald Trump’s presidency.

Inside:

• Romans 13:1 · There Is No Power But of God
• Daniel 2:21 · He Removeth Kings, and Setteth Up Kings
• Isaiah 45:1–3 · The Unexpected King (the Cyrus comparison)
• Proverbs 21:1 · The King’s Heart Is in the Hand of the Lord
• Esther 4:14 · For Such a Time as This
• Jeremiah 1:5 · Before I Formed Thee, I Knew Thee
• 1 Corinthians 1:27–29 · God Does Not Need the World’s Approval
• Proverbs 16:9 · The Lord Directeth His Steps
