Journalling for Wellbeing and Resilience
A self-guided course for writing your way to steadier ground
You may already sense that writing helps. Perhaps you have a notebook somewhere with a few pages filled, or a habit that comes and goes. This course offers you a gentle, structured way back to the page, at your own pace and in your own handwriting.
What you’ll find inside
- Eight modules, each taking around 30 to 45 minutes
- Five different ways into writing, so you can find the one that suits you
- A library of prompts for anxious days, sad days, grateful days and curious days
- Workbook pages to write in, print, and return to
- Simple outdoor practices that bring nature into your writing, whatever the season
- Gentle approaches for writing through difficult times
- Ways to build a practice that fits the life you actually have
- Further reading, the research behind each idea, and where to find support
Writing experience of any kind is welcome, from none at all to years of it.
