all sales are final.
immediately upon purchase, (with the exception of commissions), digital product files are immediately delivered and available for download. no refunds, change of mind, or chargebacks are permitted the moment a product is purchased or a custom commission is ordered.

i, the artist, retain all copyrights and the right to use, display, reproduce, sell, and/or incorporate this design into my own artwork, portfolio, promotional materials, prints, merchandise, and other creative works.
the design itself will not be resold or licensed as a digital design to another collector.
the buyer, or 'licensee,' is strictly prohibited from sublicensing, transferring, or redistributing the design or its usage rights to any third party.
please respect the creative rights of the artist and do not partake in any unauthorized use or reproduction.
violation of these terms of service shall result in legal action.
the following are prohibited, unless granted usage rights by the appropriate purchased license:
- any personal, promotional or commercial use of my designs.
- using, editing, and reposting my designs.
the following are strictly prohibited and will never be granted by any held license:
- stealing my designs in any form.
- reselling or distributing my designs.
- AI usage of my designs in any shape or form.
- presenting, advertising, crediting or claiming my design as your own or another’s.
- tracing, altering or redrawing my designs for the purpose of claiming it as your own or another’s.
