No. All purchases made from us are non-exclusive. This means that the 23 ON THE BEATS still owns the rights and we will still be able to license it to other artists.

All of our licenses does NOT allow you to upload your project to YouTube’s Content ID system. Producers retain ownership of the recording. Due to the nature of YouTube’s content recognition software, uploading my music to Content ID will cause mistaken copyright claims for other users and for your future projects, and constitutes a violation of our licensing terms.

Music purchased from my website production music library is royalty free. This means that after paying a one-time fee, you can use the music you’ve purchased as many times as you wish (unlimited needle drops) for as long as you like in accordance with the terms stated in License. You never have to pay us any additional license fees based on usage.

Yes. Once the beat is purchased, you will receive the untagged files. So the MP3/WAV or the Tracked out WAV stems will be without the voice tags.

As we send out all beats automatically, we will not refund your purchase after completion. We only refund double orders of the same instrumentals that happen by accident!
