General

76th Studios is a design agency offering digital products and creative services including website design, UI/UX design, SEO services, and downloadable resources. These terms govern all transactions made through our Payhip store.

Digital Products

All digital products sold through our store are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce, or repurpose any purchased digital product in whole or in part without prior written consent from 76th Studios. Each purchase is licensed to the individual buyer only.

As stated in our refund policy, all digital product sales are final due to the nature of instant digital delivery.

Buyer Identification

Every digital product sold through our store carries a unique buyer identification number assigned at the time of purchase. This number is embedded in the product and linked to your buyer record. Unauthorized distribution of any purchased product may result in identification of the original buyer and legal action where applicable.

Services

All service engagements including website design, audits, and consulting are governed by a separate service agreement provided to the client before work begins. These terms and conditions apply in addition to any service agreement unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, copy, and materials created by 76th Studios remain the intellectual property of 76th Studios unless explicitly transferred to the client in a written agreement. Purchasing a product or service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

76th Studios provides all digital products and services to the best of our ability and knowledge. However we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from the use of our products or services. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
