Hello! Im so blessed you visited my store! I am a mom of 5 amazing children, a certified personal trainer, and a partnered business owner of a health and wellness company!

I started out in the medical field straight out of H.S over 20 years ago. I have assisted with all types of conditions and disabilities there are.

But it is wasn’t until I lost my best friend, my Dad, in 2016 at the young age of 55 from a sudden heart attack that I received my 1st wake-up call. As I tried to revive this seemingly healthy man who was always full of love, life and very active, it was on that day July 10, 2016, that I realized our health is not merely about what we look like or how active we are…its what we are doing or not doing to keep our bodies healthy. From that day forward, I had the burning desire to help spread awareness of being more preventive in doing the right things to get and remain healthy! Before then, I had no particular “passion”, direction or drive in my life. I just knew I wanted to help people, but not in a medicinal way that I was accustomed to in the health industry, but more of a natural more healing way.

In the darkest time of my life, C.R. Inc was born with a mission to spread awareness of international self-care and wellbeing by calibrating your mind, body, and soul adding years to your life and more life to your years thru health, wellness, and fitness!
