8OCEAN 3D Model License Agreement for MTA:SA

1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between 8OCEAN ("Licensor") and the individual or entity ("Licensee") purchasing or downloading 3D models from [https://payhip.com/8OCEAN]. By acquiring the Models, the Licensee agrees to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

2.1 Permitted Uses

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Personal Use: Utilize the Models within MTA/SAMP for personal, non-commercial projects.

Commercial Use: Incorporate the Models into commercial projects within MTA/SAMP, provided the Models are integrated into a larger project and not distributed as standalone files.

2.2 Prohibited Uses

The Licensee is expressly prohibited from:

Resale or Redistribution: Selling, licensing, or distributing the Models, whether in original or modified form, as standalone products.

Sharing: Making the Models available in a manner that allows others to download or access them as standalone files.

Incorporation into Trademarks: Using the Models as part of a logo, trademark, or service mark without prior written consent from the Licensor.

3. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in the Models remain with the Licensor. The Licensee gains no ownership rights through this Agreement.

4. Attribution

While not mandatory, the Licensor appreciates attribution in projects utilizing the Models. Suggested credit: "3D Model by 8OCEAN - [https://payhip.com/8OCEAN]".

5. Granting and terminating the License

5.1 The license to use the Works is granted at the time of purchase or download of the Work.

5.2 In the event of a refund or due to problems with payment by the licensee, the license is canceled and further use of the work is prohibited.
