Most A. E. Whitney planner journal downloads are a set of undated ‘Master Copy’ pdf pages - Where you print it once and copy it again and again as needed for however many days, weeks, or months you will be using the journal.
To save ink at home on the bigger planners/journals, you can print the master copies from home and take them to work or a print shop (local copy store, staple, ups, etc) once a week/month to prep your journal.
To keep your planner journal organized and easily accessible, store the current month in a zipper portfolio file and keep past months in a folder box with hanging files.
