I am an author and teacher of non-religious spiritual and metaphysical subjects, based in the UK, who has gained an international following, particularly in the US. I sometimes give talks (via Zoom) and occasionally, run local workshops on the subjects I write about.

I have been a conscious explorer for more than 45 years and hope to help people to easily access the most significant sources of spiritual/metaphysical help, on their own personal journeys through life – from ancient wisdom, through to popular mind, body and spirit subjects, to amazing contemporary channelled knowledge from non-physical personalities.
