• After the order is finalized and payment is confirmed:The client automatically receives access to the files via a unique link from the Payhip platform.
• The payment is considered complete when the platform confirms the transaction.
• The file links are protected and accessible only to the client.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of the product (digital content created on a custom order basis), refunds or cancellations of payment after receiving the files are not provided, except in the following cases:
