LICENSE

• All purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
• You are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the files.

YOU MAY

• Edit and customize purchased assets for your own personal projects.
• Upload purchased avatars to your own VRChat account.
• Use purchased assets in personal renders, videos, and social media.

YOU MAY NOT

• Redistribute, resell, leak, trade, gift, or share any files.
• Upload public versions of paid products.
• Claim any product, asset, or design as your own work.
• Reuse assets in commissions for others unless you have the required commercial rights.
• Use my products for NFTs, AI dataset training, or any blockchain-related projects.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted once files have been delivered.

COMMISSIONS

Tips may also be used toward commission work. Contact me before sending payment if you're requesting a custom project.

SUPPORT

If you experience import issues or believe you've encountered a genuine product error, reach out with your order number and I'll do my best to help. Basic Unity, Blender, or VRChat knowledge is expected.

UPDATES

Product updates are provided at my discretion. Future updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page.

VIOLATIONS

Violation of these Terms of Service may result in revoked access to future products, support being denied, and additional action where appropriate.
