1) When will my item be shipped?

1-2 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay on your order then we will reach out to you via email.

2) Is there a return policy?

We strive to deliver the best in quality & value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product then we are happy to give you a full refund if items are in new/unused condition.

3) Are the products high quality?

Yes, all products are made with quality materials and created as you order it.

4) What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major US credit cards via Paypal.

5) How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when you order with tracking.

6) What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will either send you a new product that day or refund your money.
