- Use my avatar for other social platforms. (You MUST give proper credit.)
- Use my avatar for NSFW content. (You MUST give proper credit.)
- Create fan art of my avatar. (You MUST give proper credit, DO NOT claim my OC as your own.)
- Create your own personal edits! (You CAN'T claim the whole avatar as your own work!)
- Wear this avatar in any public/personal/private worlds. (It should NOT be cloneable!)
➺ NO You Can't...
- Share/Leak/Rip/Trade my avatars, the only valid way to use my avatar is if you buy it from my Payhip or Jinxxy. Avatars purchased on ANY other websites is against my TOS!
- You cannot do commission work on my avatars! Some if not all assets are not made by me and some creators will not allow commissions.
- Claim my work as your own, this avatar is my own creation and claiming my work as your own is against my TOS.
- Take assets from my avatar, if you like an asset you MUST buy them directly from the creators. (This also includes Textures/Matcaps/and so on.)
- Resell my avatar in any way, shape, or form! This is NOT your work, you're NOT allowed to sell it. (This includes the assets attached.)
- Put my avatar in public/private/personal worlds, my avatar is for INDIVIDUAL use ONLY and should be kept private/unclonable.
- Use my avatar for ANY gaming/modeling projects, due to the fact some if not all assets are not created by me and you did not create the avatar project.
- Use my avatar for any slander/hate/homophobia/racism/and so on. My avatar is not to be used to spread your stupid agenda.
➺ Extra T.O.S...
- I will not be responsible for any breaks that VRChat updates cause.
- If you got an avatar ripped/leaked, I am NOT responsible for helping you with issues you come across due to the files being broken or tampered with, you should have gotten it directly from my Payhip or Jinxxy.
- I will NOT be responsible for any issues that may accrued when using NSFW features on my avatar. All of my avatars are 18+ (Unless noted otherwise.) the features and content made with is to be used/made on your own discretion.
- My avatars are built for VRChat only! I will NOT be responsible for any breaks while trying to convert to another platform.
- I do NOT do refunds. My products are digital products and can NOT be refunded. If you have an issue with anything please contact me VIA discord!

- If you got the Private Licenses you may ONLY use this asset for personal use.
- If you got the Commercial Licenses you may use this on Paid, Free, Public, and Nitro Avatars.
- Use this asset for Commissions. Both parties have to have bought the commercial asset License.
- Edit this asset to your own liking.
➺ NO You Can't...
- Claim this asset as your own.
- Resell/Redistribute this asset.

- All assets are made from scratch, if you brake any of my TOS you will be blacklisted from my discord and shops.
- Giving proper credit is req for ALL assets (Free or Paid).
