➤ If you got the Private Licenses you may ONLY use this asset for personal use.
➤ If you got the Commercial Licenses you may use this on Paid, Free, Public, and Nitro Avatars.
➤ Use this asset for Commissions. Both parties have to have bought the commercial asset License.
➤ You can edit assets but don't edit them so much that they look 90% different.
➺ NO You Can't...
➤ Claim this asset as your own.
➤ Resell/Redistribute this asset.
➤ Rip/leak any of my assets
➤ Share the Files among Friends. They have to buy it on their own. (Yes even if it's free.)
➤ Splice parts of an asset to make your own. (Ex: Removing shoe laces from my asset to add onto a shoe you're making)

➤ Use my avatar for other social platforms.
➤ Create fan art of my avatar.
➤ Create your own personal edits!
➤ Wear this avatar in any public/personal/private worlds.
➺ NO You Can't...
➤ Share/Leak/Rip/Trade my avatars.
➤ You cannot do commission work on my avatars.
➤ Claim my work as your own.
➤ Take assets from my avatar, You have to buy the Asset from the orginal creator.
➤ Resell my avatar in any way, shape, or form!
➤ Put my avatar in public/private/personal worlds, my avatar is for INDIVIDUAL use ONLY.
➤ Use my avatar for ANY gaming/modeling projects.
➤ Use my avatar for any hate speech. My avatar is not to be used to spread your stupid agenda.
➤ Use NSFW packages if your under the age of 18.
EXTRA T.O.S
➤ Credit is required no matter what, doesnt matter if its free or paid.

➤ Do not use any AI textures if your retexturing my work. You're not a real artist and I dont want my work scraped into you're fake "art".
➤ If you got an avatar ripped/leaked, I am NOT responsible for helping you with issues.
➤ My avatars are built for VRChat only! I will NOT be responsible for any breaks while trying to convert to another platform.
➤ I do NOT do refunds. My products are digital products and can NOT be refunded. All sales are Final!
