Quantity, quality and accuracy.

Quantity: We gather our data from a multitude of sources and were able to confirm a large number of family offices. This means that you are likely to find many new family offices in our database, even if you already own databases from other providers.

Quality: A team of humans curated our database, to only include actual family offices and real investors, and to exclude irrelevant listings.

Accuracy: Every line and every cell in our databases was checked and validated by a human on our team. That is why our accuracy rate is above 95%: The websites and LinkedIn company pages included in our database are live, and the data in the database mathches the data on those websites and company pages.

Other paid investor databases have an accuracy rate of 80% or lower, and 20%-30% of the links in their lists are broken or outdated. Free investor lists you might find on the web are even worse, often with accuracy rates of 50% or lower.

Most of our competitors utilize AI and bots/agents to source their data, and try to compensate for their lower accuracy rate by compiling bigger lists. But a big, messy list won't help you. On the contrary, you'll end up spending even more time and energy sifting through it, with lower results.  

Our database is clean and was checked by our (human) team, so you aren't wasting time checking broken links, or irrelevant or inactive investor profiles.

To connect with investors effectively, you should only reach out to relevant, active investors. That means that you must screen any list of investors you work with, and check every investor profile before reaching out to them. That takes time.

From what we found, many of the investor databases offered by our competitors include a lot of inactive, irrelevant, or inaccurate listings, which creates a huge time suck for anyone trying to use them to meet investors.

With our database, you start with a clean list of active investors, all checked manually by our team so that you can go through the list quickly and effectively. 

Yes, for the most part. We specifically looked for single family offices when we compiled our database.

We did include multi-family offices if their website indicated that they are actively seeking investment opportunities, or serving ultra high networth families or individuals.

Also included in the list are holding companies of wealthy families, and a few venture capital funds run by a single family office (as a single LP).

The database includes the following data points:

• Name
• Website url
• LinkedIn company page URL
• Location: main HQ city, state, and country
• Region (geographical region)
• Description/ investment thesis: Quoted from the family office's website or LinkedIn page
• Primary investment domains: e.g. Real Estate, Startups, Private Equity
• Secondary investment domains: specific sectors such as healthcare, fintech, hospitality, etc.
• Contact email: the email as found on the websites.

All (100%) of the family offices on the list have a live website, LinkedIn company page, or both.

The database includes verified emails for the vast majority of listings (66%).

We never share unauthorized or private information, and never use any bots or tools to scrape or mimic emails. We manually collect them from the family offices' websites, which also means that they are verified. Some of these emails are structured "name@domain.tld" but most are company emails such as "contact@domain.tld".

Pleaes be aware that sending cold emails is not a very effective way of connecting with family offices or investors in generals, and we don't recommend it. The best alternative to warm introductions isn't cold email, it is connecting on LinkedIn through a personal connection invite or message. We worked hard to provide the LinkedIn company page links whenever available, along with the names of the top decision makers in each family office.

We recommend that you review our free sample and go through the FAQs and testimonials before making your purchase. We are certain that our lists are clean and accurate and that you will find them valuable and useful.

We manually checked each line in the database and we only inlcude family offices that have a live website or an active LinkedIn company page, or both.

The fact that these family offices maintain a live website or LinkedIn company page means they are still operating and choose to have a public presence. In that sense, they are active.

We cannot guarantee that the family offices in the database are actively looking for investment opportunities at the time of your purchase, of course (beware - anyone making such claims is obviously lying).

Because of our meticulous screening process, our database is highly accurate, with an accuracy rate of at least 95%. Most other providers sell lists where only 80% or less of the links lead to live websites.

We strive to keep the highest standards, and check our lists periodically. We do this manually.

Of course, information does change, and humans can make mistakes, so we cannot guarantee that our databases are free of any errors.

We are certain, though, that our databases adhere to the highest standards of accuracy, way beyond those built by bots or AI agents.
